Who we are

Originally from Hereford, Stuart was born in the cider capital of the UK where his Grandfather used to work for H.P. BULMERS in Ryeland Street, setting the groundworks for what was to come.

In 2003 Stuart moved to France where roots were established in the Gers - Midi Pyrenees, when in 2018 Stuart decided to import some trees from Herefordshire and make cider - things grew like an obsession & this was the beginning of what was to be the 1st Cider producer in the Gers, established in 2020.

….with passion & determination to produce quality cider, Stuart won 1st Prize in the International Cider & Perry competition in 2023.

The goal was to supply draught cider in local Bars & Restaurants and as the production grows, so does the client map.

PHC is now exporting ciders as far as Spain & Italy.
